1. About Woollybear Design
Woollybear Design (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a graphic design studio providing:
Custom design services
Digital downloadable products (such as templates, graphics, and reference files)
Fine art prints and physical products

2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
Copy or misuse website content
Attempt to breach website security
Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
SERVICES TERMS
3. Ordering Process
Orders can be placed directly through the website. Once an order is placed:
You will receive an order confirmation by email
For digital files, a download link will be provided upon successful payment
For physical prints, you will receive shipping notifications once your order has been dispatched
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in [GBP or specify currency] and inclusive/exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods provided.
We may update prices from time to time without notice, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.
5. Design Services – Terms of Engagement
Design services purchased through Woollybear Design are subject to the following terms:

A written proposal, estimate, or email confirmation will outline:

Deliverables
Timeline
Fees and payment terms
Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
5.2 Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide clear and timely feedback
Supply any required content, images, or branding assets
Obtain permissions for any third-party materials provided for use
5.3 Intellectual Property for Design Services
Woollybear Design retains copyright of all design work until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
Original working files (e.g. layered artwork, source files) are not included unless explicitly agreed.
5.4 Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in the project quote:
Two rounds of revisions are included
Additional revisions may incur extra fees
5.5 Cancellation
If the client cancels partway through a project:
Work completed to date will be invoiced
Deposits or booking fees are non-refundable
If Woollybear Design must cancel work for any reason, a refund for any uncompleted work will be issued.

6. Digital File Download Sales
6.1 Delivery of Digital Products
Digital files are delivered instantly via:

6.2 Licensing & Usage
Unless otherwise stated, digital downloads from Woollybear Design are licensed as royalty-free for:
Personal use
Small business commercial use (non-exclusive)
You must not:
Resell, distribute, or share the files
Use them to create competing digital products
Claim the items as your own original creation
Extended or exclusive licences are available upon request.
6.3 Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of instant access digital products, all digital file sales are final and non-refundable.
Please check product descriptions carefully before purchase.
ART PRINT SALES TERMS
7. Art Prints & Physical Products
7.1 Production & Shipping
Art prints are produced to order. Shipping times and options are displayed at checkout.
Delays with postal carriers are outside our control.
7.2 Quality & Variations
Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Minor variations in print appearance are normal for fine art reproductions.
7.3 Returns & Refunds (Physical Products Only)
We accept returns for:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect items received
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of any issues.
We cannot accept returns if:
The item has been used
The item was customised
Change-of-mind returns (unless required by local consumer law)

All content on this website—including images, artwork, branding, text, graphics, and downloadable files—is the property of Woollybear Design unless otherwise credited.
Nothing may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

Business interruption
Any indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
